At Wasankar Farms Dairy, we take great pride in delivering pure, fresh, and organic dairy products — directly from our farm to your home.
Our goal is to ensure every customer receives products that meet the highest standards of quality, freshness, and authenticity.
Because our products are perishable food items, we maintain strict hygiene and handling practices throughout the production and delivery process.
2. Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products, including milk, ghee, curd, or any other dairy items, due to the perishable and consumable nature of these products.
This policy ensures food safety and maintains the integrity of our products for every customer.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in specific situations where:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product received is incorrect or different from the one ordered.
If either of the above applies, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- A clear photo or video of the damaged/incorrect item.
- Your order ID and contact number.
After verification, we will issue:
- Either a replacement product (preferred), or
- A full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team.
- Once the product is packed or dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
5. Delivery & Responsibility
We ensure all products are shipped in secure, food-grade packaging.
However, once the product has been delivered successfully, Wasankar Farms Dairy is not responsible for:
- Improper storage after delivery.
- Product spoilage due to delayed consumption.
- Damage caused by customers or third parties after delivery.
